types of traction bed:
The traction frame is divided into stainless steel plate traction frame and carbon fiber material traction frame. The carbon fiber material traction frame can completely see through X-rays, and the traction frame must be moved during fluoroscopy to ensure high quality and high efficiency of the operation. Because the stainless steel plate traction frame cannot pass X-ray, it is a little inconvenient to adjust the perspective. The carbon fiber material end column operating bed has more total perspective area. The G-arm of the C- arm machine can penetrate the camera under the bed body, which is convenient for perspective. It is difficult for ordinary core column operating beds to make perspective like that.
traction bed use methods:
Collaborating physician to place post-anesthesia patient:
1. Move the patient to the traction bed that has already been prepared;
2. The outer edge of the bed can even be properly deviated towards the healthy side to avoid pelvic movement caused by adduction of the affected limb due to traction;
3. Place the foot of the affected limb in the traction boot and tighten the shoe rope, and place the healthy limb in the stone cutting position;
4. The upper arm of the healthy side is extended and opened on the hand support frame. 5. The upper arm of the affected limb is properly bundled and suspended for training and placed on the chest support frame;
Advantages of the traction bed:

② Convenient fluoroscopy prevents the obscuring effects of the contralateral muscles, sciatic nerve, male genitalia and yin-xiang during lateral fluoroscopy;
